The MK Dons Football Club was founded in 2004  when there was no football club representing Milton Keynes. They were able to be awarded as runners-up in the first league from 2014 to 2015, champions in the second league, and winners in the EFL Trophy from 2007 to 2008.

One of the most notable players of MK Dons is Mark Wright which was the club’s top goalscorer that helped the team win both the League Two title and the Football League Trophy. Another notable player is Jon Otsemobor that scored the winning goal in the first match against AFC Wimbledon. Dean Lewington is the present captain of MK Dons and is the only former Wimbledon player left in the club’s squad. The Stadium Milton Keynes

The National Hockey Stadium was the first stadium of MK Dons until May 2007. On July 18, 2007, they moved to Stadium MK in Denbigh, and on November 29, 2007, it officially opened. The Dons fans call the south stand of Stadium MK “Cowshed” because Milton Keynes is known for its Concrete Cows. It has 30,530 seats and is also home to the 302-bedroom DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, Marshall Arena, Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar, and Grill Milton Keynes, and MK Dons Sport and Education Trust.
